Dear customers,
Caring for knits is very important to maintain their shape, volume and soft feel, so we encourage you to carefully follow the washing, drying and ironing recommendations indicated on the care label of the garment.
You have the possibility to return the purchased knitwear within 14 days of delivery at your expense. WE ACCEPT returns of garments in their original appearance and quality. They should have their labeling intact and be neatly folded in the accompanying woven envelope as they arrived to you.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns of knitwear that have been worn, creased, soiled and stained, with thread removed, washed and treated with stain removers etc., with labels removed or with other defects that do not match their original appearance on delivery.
To return a product, please follow the following procedure:
1. Please make sure the garment meets the return conditions described above
2. Please complete a return form and reason for return (sent within your package). It is important for us to have feedback from you, our customers.
3. Please return the product with a courier of your choice and at your expense to the address below:
