In these places, the temperature drops to -40 degrees in winter, and the fleece of the goats helps them adapt to the cold. As soon as the weather warms up, they naturally shed their fur.
Merino wool has superior and unmatched qualities. It is obtained from a special breed of Merino sheep and is a completely natural product. Most of the world's merino wool comes from Australia and New Zealand. Merino wool fibers are much finer than standard wool fibers, which is why Merino sheep are such a valuable breed. A curious fact is that merino fibers are about one-tenth the thickness of a human hair. This finesse is one of the reasons why merino wool is one of the best materials for clothing.
